Got Matcha’s B Grade/Premium Latte Grade Matcha is the closest grade to their Ceremonial Matcha and it is part of the first harvest in the Spring. Their B grade is from the center of the plant, unlike what most competitors use (which is culinary grade from the very bottom of the plant). Unlike most other latte grade and culinary grade matchas from competitors, there is actually L-Theanine in this B Grade Latte Matcha. 18.5mg/1 teaspoon to be exact. This is very important, as the main beneficial ingredient of Matcha is L-Theanine for its calming effect.

Recommended brewing steps: Use a matcha powder whisk or frother to dissolve 1 tsp of latte matcha into 2 oz water. Then top your cup with the frothed plant-based or dairy-based milk of your choice.  The latte matcha will have a smooth slightly sweet flavor, so we recommending tasting prior to adding any additional sweeteners.
